Join us for a very special evening with Susie Reilly and Ann Kaiser with tales and pictures from a remote island in the middle of the South Atlantic.
In 2025 Susie Reilly went to visit her family on St Helena Island. Ann Kaiser mentioned at the time that her Grandfather was born there. Susie took some details of her Grandfather and did some family searches at the Archives Office in Jamestown and found the family line. So started their adventure in February this year to this very special island in the Atlantic Ocean midway between South America and South Africa.
Just a third the size of the Isle of Wight and with just 4,000 inhabitants it was like going back to England in the 1950’s. We have some fascinating stories to tell, with amazing picture of this volcanic island from sheer cliffs, to lush interiors, wonderful flora and of course the very rare Wire bird.
Tickets £20 (includes wine and St Helena food)
We look forward to seeing you there!
